I always find myself seeking inspiration from those around me. Just yesterday I saw a girl on the train wearing jeans with raw hems and some china-printed docs on her feet; I loved the look. I loved it that much in fact that I had to find a pair of jeans just like hers and in the end Forever 21 made a profit of £25 and my wardrobe gained another denim friend.

For this week's post I decided to dedicate my time to scouring the streets of Glasgow in search of some fellow fashion-followers. Here are a few of my favourite looks, thanks to these girls who were kind enough to let me photograph them. For anonymity I've withheld their names, but if you're reading this and you gave me that minute to take your picture then - hey, thanks!

Enjoy.

It seems a few common factor in these outfits were:

1.Flat, walkable shoes for tackling the multiple hilly roads of Glasgow.

2.Jeans/tights: anything that's going to stop the cold turning your legs red.

3.And finally, coats! It's still freezing in the city and a winter warmer is still essential. These snazzy ladies decided not to conform to the boring parka ritual nor those duvet looking jackets - you know the ones. But instead opted for chic tailored lines, layered bomber jackets and one girl who stole my 60s-influenced heart wore a fur coat to die for!

Once again thanks to all the girls who took part in this fun blog post. I wish you all well in your future stylish studies.

Much Love, Katie x
